Just turned 16, need rating but more importantly need advice to ascend. Good softmaxxes are preferred over surgeries but feel free to request anything. Also say if you need any more closer photos to help with advice or rating.

Do you have any tips for improvement?
I would change your hair or grow it out more on the sides so your head doesn’t look like it just gets wider at the top, you look a little asymmetrical in the first pic so sleep on your back, I would probably dye your eyebrows 1 shade darker to bring out your eyes and make your brows look more thick, debloat your face (this goes for almost anybody) but it will bring out definition and give that hollow cheek look people usually want

Also for fixing asymmetry, will sleeping on my back just stop my face from being more asymmetrical or actually fix my asymmetries that I already have?

Sleeping on your back will help to prevent, for current asymmetry look into orthodontic methods but the asymmetry is mainly coming from how your philtrum connects to your top lip but its not really noticeable but your lips are thicker and longer on one side, also your neck positioning like how your head is tilted also messes with asymmetry

youre a hltn rn, hair and skin need the most work thats ur biggest softmaxx. get a better haircut and start basic skincare. youre 16 so puberty is still going on, jaw chin brows midface all that can still change a lot over the next few years. most guys look way diff by after puberty so uh thats that. but if after puberty finishes and nothing changes then the hardmaxxes i would recommend are: for your lower third jaw advancement and for the midface i would recommend fillers for zygos / cheekbones for projection. also you need to work on your brows, groom them or get a brow procedure when youre older

Ok thanks, is there any way to maximise being in puberty (like changing things now that wouldn’t be able to be changed after puberty) so I can make the most of my situation?

well, yea you can maximise it during puberty by getting 8–12h of sleep consistently (thats when most growth + recovery happens), eating enough protein and calories with real food, lifting/playing sports to build frame, nasal breathing, and if ur teeth/bite are off get orthodontics now since its way easier during puberty than after

Ok I get 8 hours of sleep a night, will I see any advantage of getting in the 10-12 range or is it not worth it, I eat decent protein and decent calories but I’m trying to improve that as I’m skinny and I started working out about a month ago and I play football. Also, around 6 months ago I visited the orthodontist because my bite may be slightly off, thy said it was extremely minor so I just kind of brushed it off because I would’ve had to get braces

8 hours is already good so dont stress, but yeah 9–10 can help a bit esp if ur training hard. 10–12 every night is usually not needed unless ur still tired and growing a lot, just be consistent and wake up feeling recovered. if ur skinny the biggest upgrade is eating more daily, keep protein high and add calories like milk/rice/pasta/peanut butter and do a slow bulk. since youve only been lifting for a month just stick to basics + progressive overload and dont overtrain cause football already needs recovery. bite wise if orthodontist said its super minor its prob fine, but if u get jaw pain/clicking or teeth shifting then you should probably get it checked once more
