What can do to get more facial harmony because i think im kind of lacking in that.

I think i should get jaw implants and a permanent non surgical rhinoplasty.
Or is it bad enuogh for me to get a normal rhinoplasty cus i feel like the biggest problem is that my nose isn very sharp and my nose tip is bulbous

I know i need to get lean but Should i do anything else, hardmax or softmax
