get a perm and a low taper fade cut the stache to be thinner and try to grow some hair on ur chin, workout and get some muscles then get lean, skin whitening.
mask out smell cuz i know ethnics stink try to always smell amazing and wear some tall shoes like Nike Tns.

my chin was like urs now its way better im 19 started mewing around 16 as well it changed a lot but body fat is important too. if u got a shitty chin at 20 then get genioplasty

but still i have a recessed upper maxilla and slightly recessed chin with high gonial angle

“Kinda” recessed? You’re severely recessed by every conceivable mm.

Mewing isn’t going to do shit, call it a day.

You need a genioplasty to ascend. Yes, you need surgery if you want to look better. Potentially a trimax. Contact a maxfac surgeon.
But the good news is that you’ll ascend and look much better once you get the surgery.
