Main goals are clearing acne, and literally any other ways I can naturally look better. Because im 16 Im not gonna do any surgerys or ped’s until I grow a little more. However I have a lot of money im willing to spend on supplements and products. Let me know.

Damn nigga your skin is fucked. How much money you got?

The best recommendation for acne anyone can give you is the use of a retinoid (meaning adapalene, tretinoin, Accutane, tazawhateverthefuckthatonewascalled)

You lowkey have very very high potential. I see it. Softmaxxing will take you a long way boy

😭✌️. Yea started to try and debloat a couple days ago, drinking a gallon of water a day, sauna, and potassium maxxing. Anyways, how would you recommend “work[ing] on that” for my skin?

I agree however his skin barrier looks damaged, and further overuse of actives if he is already using them could lead to further skin issues, although as a rule of thumb topicsk retinoids are nearly always the answer for skin problems

So what should I do to not fuck myself?

Not in the past month id say, been trying to clean out my diet for my skin
Thats good, personally ive found that use of carotenoids has highly benefitted my skin, and focusing on getting in fibre, fermented foods and probiotics has provided me with a more balanced gut microbiome that has really cleared up my skin, i used to have cystic acne now i never break out, i use a gentle cleanser every evening then a toner which is uneeded. I leave it to dry then apply a dermatica perscription i have including benzol peroxide adapalene and niacinimide which seems counterintuitive because benzoyl peroxide deactivates adapalene however it seems effective, then i leave it to absorb for 10 minutes then apply a moisturiser. I dont use a cleanser in the morning only water as it reduces overstripping of soin which could lead to increased sevum production.

id also consider looking into what in your diet is causing inflammation which is a key cause of acne, as your nose seems inflamed usually due to food intolerances such as dairy, i think if you found what is causing the inflammation you would not only reduce acne but also reduce the size of your nose which is not a problem btw but its a recurring thing i see. Key food intolerances include dairy, gluten, and sometimes overconsumption of salt, obviously sugar always causes inflammation but if thats not your problem then it could be another factor. The key idea to understand about skin is that yes you can treat it with topical treatments, but if you fix your internal problems, your need for these topical treatments will fade
