you can do 5g a day doesnt matter when for 30 days to start feeling it or 20g a day for a week and then down to 5g again to feel it faster.

U don’t need loading phase especially at 14 he should just stick to 5g daily

Nah bro its dangerous. Can cause heart disease and liver failure. Also makes u bald. Its too risky dont “hop on” it. Just eat plantsd
 
"Creatin" from supplements doesn't fucking work just eat more meat, always get nutrients from natural sources if possible

It’s not that serious. it’s just a good daily supplement (take it whenever you want) if you regularly go to the gym and want better recovery and progress. Make sure to stay hydrated when taking it though.
