Lean out i don't think u need buccal or hyroid i think u might be 17%+ plus. i see potential from bones

Maybe expand palate for cheekbones. You don’t need fat removal anyways. Also maybe bf% is too high for you.

calorie deficit, eat lean raw meats, veg and eggs, get 1g of protein per lb of weight now give me solution bro

Yes but 15% is ideal if u dont have bones imo
