125lbs 176cm , idk bf% but my abs are visible although they are very faint so maybe 14-15% but my face is so chubby so idk

whats wrong with my face ?
boneless ? bloated ? both?
ik putting muscle on and getting leaner will help but do i even bother ? potential ?

also ignore hair , had a beanie on for majority of the day and in process of finding a new style so dont have a pic of my hair i like

Ltn, bloated yes, boneless idk because of bloat, it’s the eye area dawg, plus the nose looks like a penis no offence, potential-> yeah because as you said you can lose bf and get a better face also try debloating

how do i debloat? just cut sugar and consume more potassium than sodium and 4L of water daily ?
 
Oml bro get rid of those glasses they are holding you back, aswell as poor eye area. Get darker eyebrows, and fix the dark spots under your eyes. Another thing is your hair your length to width ratio in your face isint the best, and your hair makes that worse.

Your neck is really narrow you need to start eating more protein and do neck curls, gymmaxx aswell

can u pm me so i can send u a pic of me without glasses ? hate how i look without them but have been told to lose the glasses a few times but have worn them my whole life so not used to seeing myself without them.

Yeah and get more sleep plus cut on salt to it keeps the water in your face

Lltn, ur face is asymmetrical, ur forhead is bulding out almost bc of ur hairline and ur glasses make ur eyes look even worse then they are, ur side profile is good tho, get a haircut that covers ur forhead, start training neck and js in general train and keep fixing ur tounge posture ur chin is recessed too

You need to start growing your eyebrows so they are thick use topical minoxidil for this. Also use on eyelashes . Then I would say you use some hydrocortisone on your nose to make it smaller. Or you can look into nose jobs. Ditch the glasses if you need them switch to contacts and get eye dye to make your eyebrows darker. Neck curls will help make your neck better and help with your jaw a little. Gymmaxxing is ideal as well make sure you do a split every day consistently.
