Never looksmaxed in my life so give me tips to improve. I lift 1-2x/week and run 50 miles/week for school sport. Diet is shit around 3500 calories/day with a lot of junk (I burn roughly 3200 calories a day). 5’10.5 (179 cm) and with shoes just under 6’0 (182 cm) and I am 150 pounds (68 kg).
