The marco threshold im aiming for was 400g+ carbs, 300g+ protein and 150g+ fat which I hit as my macros were 496g carbs, 350g protein, 200g fat
Before breakfast upon waking I take 3g of glucosamine/chrondoritin/msm. My first meal is 8oz of grass fed/finished steak w/ 4 pasture raised eggs and 1.5 cups of organic fruit (watermelon, strawberries, it varies). With this meal I take 1mg of anastrozole (taken with fat specifically) with 2g of vitamin c, 10,000iu of vitamin d, 30mg of vitamin k2 (mk4) and most importantly my first dose of ala/chromium pico for insulin resistance.
Lunch consists of 1lb of grass fed/finished ground beef w/ 1.5 cups of basmati rices (i used to give sweet potatoes but its soo satiating, also opt for basmati over white due to its glycemic index), plus 6oz of grass-fed raw a2 cheese.
Pre-workout I have 4 cups of grass-fed a2 milk and 1 cup of organic fruit -> workout -> post workout I have 4 cups of grass-fed a2 milk w/ 1 scoop of whey protein isolate and 200g of dextrose (spike igf-1 crazy after a workout). For dinner which follows I have 8oz of grass-fed chicken w/ 1.5 cups of basmati rice (plus ala/pico again for insulin)
Do not eat for 2 hours before taking Mk (solution) 25mg -> so from 6 to 8pm dont eat -> sleep at 9:30pm so take Mk 90 minutes before sleeping. 30 minutes before bed take 20mg of melatonin, 400mg of magnesium bisglycinate, 5g of glycine, 1g of taurine, and 200mg of theanine (follow this with a sleep of 9hrs and 20 min from 9:30pm -> 6:50am)
Lmk ur thoughts, this is mainly for longitudinal growth and maximizing my pathways without exogenous hormones, im approx 16.5 years old and 186.5 cm
