The marco threshold im aiming for was 400g+ carbs, 300g+ protein and 150g+ fat which I hit as my macros were 496g carbs, 350g protein, 200g fat

Before breakfast upon waking I take 3g of glucosamine/chrondoritin/msm. My first meal is 8oz of grass fed/finished steak w/ 4 pasture raised eggs and 1.5 cups of organic fruit (watermelon, strawberries, it varies). With this meal I take 1mg of anastrozole (taken with fat specifically) with 2g of vitamin c, 10,000iu of vitamin d, 30mg of vitamin k2 (mk4) and most importantly my first dose of ala/chromium pico for insulin resistance.

Lunch consists of 1lb of grass fed/finished ground beef w/ 1.5 cups of basmati rices (i used to give sweet potatoes but its soo satiating, also opt for basmati over white due to its glycemic index), plus 6oz of grass-fed raw a2 cheese.

Pre-workout I have 4 cups of grass-fed a2 milk and 1 cup of organic fruit -> workout -> post workout I have 4 cups of grass-fed a2 milk w/ 1 scoop of whey protein isolate and 200g of dextrose (spike igf-1 crazy after a workout). For dinner which follows I have 8oz of grass-fed chicken w/ 1.5 cups of basmati rice (plus ala/pico again for insulin)

Do not eat for 2 hours before taking Mk (solution) 25mg -> so from 6 to 8pm dont eat -> sleep at 9:30pm so take Mk 90 minutes before sleeping. 30 minutes before bed take 20mg of melatonin, 400mg of magnesium bisglycinate, 5g of glycine, 1g of taurine, and 200mg of theanine (follow this with a sleep of 9hrs and 20 min from 9:30pm -> 6:50am)

Lmk ur thoughts, this is mainly for longitudinal growth and maximizing my pathways without exogenous hormones, im approx 16.5 years old and 186.5 cm

you aren't doing any of this

If you are gonna have a strict routine, you better make sure you have at least some kind of compound to help focus

Also what? 20mg melatonin?

im 16 years old 187 cm in the morning and i weigh fucking 140 lbs. i havent started eating this much yet as my carb and protein intake is much less this is my optimzed version as mk will make me crazy hungry due to ghrelic mimicking plus my metabolism is quite insane.

indirect increase of test -> e2 increase so i take anastrozole as well aiming for 10-15mkg optimally

all of this when you could just use hgh and get superior growth
mk with a fixed dose (im doing this for a year) plus supporting supplememnts is essentially the same as rhgh with an ai like anastrozole. rhgh long terms effects are not what im worth risking and its practically impossible for me to inject / keep a mini fridge with my parents being as strict as they are.

400mg of magnesium biglycinate, with how much elemental magnesium? I use like 1880mg of magnesium glycinate which has 400 elemental magnesium. also how tf will u pay for ts?

Lower calories if you arent using aas cause you will just get fat

im not very expierenced in physiology / nutrion. i do want to limit my fat though maybe around 100g instead of 200g, what do u recommend i decrease in terms of amount for my foods?

I mean he hits surplus protien, it can compensate for the high fats, and since he eats grass fed stake, most of those fats are saturated

If you are eating over 4kcals per day it doesn’t matter what your macros are you will get fat unless you are Michael phelps or something.

Drop the pre workout milk, assuming it’s whole it will slow digestion and impede workout quality.

Drop the pre workout milk, assuming it’s whole it will slow digestion and impede workout quality.
I am for 8 cups of milk a day for lactoferin and 2g of calcium goal. dont wanna take 8 cups at the same time (post workout) which can cause cramps and theoretically other sides. What should I eat pre-workout than, and where should I put my other 4 cups of milk? I'm planning on lowering the amount of multiple foods (mainly fats) for less fat

Really doesn’t matter as long as it’s not pre workout. I would just spread them out around the day. But yea lowering the cals to maybe 3000 depending on your experience would be optimal.

Never heard of it so I did a quick google search and read some information on it. It's not that useful and could possibly inhibit your natural gh pulses / could interere with mks pituitary effect.

this might make you fat and then more atomization into estrogen stunting your growth also melatonin is a contraceptive at high enough doses (this is not medical advice consult licensed professional)

Just take anastrozole its the most potent ai and you wont estrogen rebound as long as you continue taking it

Idk about Huperzine A tbh i was speaking theoretically based off his mechanisms, but lum-201 (Mk) is quite literally more potent than rhGH for people w/ a higher baseline igf-1 and gh standard, so quite literally spam 25mg for a year or two and if ur growth velocity isnt cooked u will achieve insane growth

Mk is nothing compared to stuff like rhgh and other shi in terms of sides and its funny since its essentially more potent for height.
Only side you have to worry about is INSULIN RESISTANCE basically fucks up ur insulin worse than rhGH. To combat this tho u take ala and pico (dont take berberine its an ar degrader anyone saying take berb is low iq). I take both twice a day with my carb heavy meals so breakfast and lunch for me.

My height stack is anything crazy, I've researched Mk (aka Lum-201) and its very potent for longitudal growth like genuinely insane + its oral and u dont have to pin (my parents r strict its not hard to hide). So for my "stack" its just what i said in this guide, 25mg mk, 1mg anastrozole, ala/pico, some night dosing like melatonin/taurine/glycine/magnesium/theanine, and then basics like vit c, d, mk4, etc.

Also what have been your height gains while on mk? Seems everyone here cycles it but seems safe enough if you manage your glucose decently.

I would take anastrozole but i am worried of crashing my estrogen without being able to take e2 exams. How did you figure out your dose?

Nice stack though some people mentioned you getting fat but the increase in gh would increase metabolism right?

Literally everything you stated is connected to morning grogginess, you can be more angry, dizzy, irritable, confused, less alert and have a headache, but as the name stats "morning" it only lasts temporarily upon waking up around 30 ish minutes. This mostly happens if you cant tolerate the compound itself which is rare or the dose used which is why you titrate up and try out different doses, also it can just occur for the first week and then disappear later on.

Vivid dreams are cool and disrupted sleep is not possible, i have the best sleep and fun dreams on melatonin.

Do not educate yourself with the helps of Google.

Mk is not more potent than rhGH. Its a GHSR agonist that only augments endogenous GH pulsatility. Its inherently limited by pituitary secretory capacity whereas rhGH completely bypasses the axis.

Just take anastrozole its the most potent ai and you wont estrogen rebound as long as you continue taking it
Pulling this info out of your ass. Letrozole has far more stronger aromatase suppression.

No, I understood, but, 20mg? Is this not a high dose? I had to verify the side effects that could be from high doses of melatonin, but wouldn't using 20mg compared to something like 5mg, only yield diminishing returns??


Additionally, wouldn't it be such a waste of money either way?
