I'm currently 17 and I'll turn 18 in like 2 months. I just received my results from my blood tests and my testosterone is at 17.06 nmol/l (~492 nd/dl). Sadly they didnt offer any other hormone checkups besides androstendione, which mine is at 11 nmol/l. I havent been going to the gym in 2 months now, however I havent lost any weight and I'm sure I haven't lost muscle mass either. It's also important to know that I'm at around 20-25% bf.

My question is, what I can do, besides getting lean and starting the gym again, to raise my testosterone and if it's worth to take steroids/sarms/serms/whatever at my current age? My goal is to hopefully raise testosterone to increase my bonemass and if its even possible at this age to improve my chin and brow ridge this way.

No chance for testosterone raise naturally. Pin the test and get lean

How long, and should I do a pct (I know its a small amount but I'm not experienced at all)
If you do PCT, your testosterone will be lower than ever.
