Growth plates are confirmed to be closed
I was 5'0.5 in January 2021 and stopped growing around mid 2024 at 5'3.75
Unfortunately quarantine + a lack of sleep + a lack of nutrition stunted my growth and now I will only ever be 6 ft anywhere when I die
