17, 5’9 185 lf rating, potential, and tips

I just wanna know my current rating potential rating and things i can do to improve, ik i should def cut to improve and loose facial fat i just lowk lost track of my bulk a bit and overall im decently happy with my physique so am mostly looking for facial tips. (my opinion is im like lltn w mtn potential)(last pic is my physique progress)
