True. But most people on this forum will always be one surgery away from HTN, and never actually pull the trigger. Myself included. I have enough money to get to HTN/CL territory but if I got the necessary surgeries I would be broke as shit.

Surgery is a double edged sword. You have to understand the ROI. Rhinoplasty is one that is cheaper than the others and effective at giving a higher ranking. Possible a whole point.

Dad’s already paying for rhinoplasty and I’m getting it in 4 months. Even after rhino I’d still have a recessed maxilla and high Frankfort mandibular angle. CCW jaw rotation is definitely worth it for me

I have a recessed maxilla too. I'm getting bimax surgery towards the end of the year. I'm not expecting any attractivness changes just my smile to be fixed because i have an underbite.
