17 + ascension plan (HIGH EFFORT)

Height: 5,8 (mom 5,4/ dad 5,11)
Weight: 115 ( I've also just been skinny my whole life)
Hair Type: (fine and straight with a lil bit of wave)

I jus started going to the gym n eating healthy + getting good sleep, I'm also on accutane - my main priority is bulking up rn.

I plan on getting glasses to hide the infras (idk what shape yet so lmk) n I'm also growing out a goatee rn

I'm gonna clean up my eyebrows and also jaw train + neck curls/chin tucks to improve hyoid.

I had long hair b4 but I buzzed, im growing it back out (hairstyle recommendations?)

if y'all got any tips that I missed out on please lmk
