I’m 17 gymcel got a pretty above average physique for my age. just trying to see how others view me, especially girls. Any soft/hard maxxing tips would be greatly appreciated, I am willing to use peptides however nothing pretty anabolic.

MLTN, you have a good physique but your face shape resembles one of an obese person. You likely have a high body fat percentage so I recommend going on a calorie deficit and doing mainly cardio for a couple months. Also cut out ALL processed foods and reduce your sodium intake.

you need test and reta to become more striking in the face mtn potential
 
MLTN, you have a good physique but your face shape resembles one of an obese person. You likely have a high body fat percentage so I recommend going on a calorie deficit and doing mainly cardio for a couple months. Also cut out ALL processed foods and reduce your sodium intake.

My bf percentage it pretty lean in general I think I have visible 6 pack, and striations on shoulders. Could this just be due to my fat distribution from age?

What is your weight, height and body fat percentage? Age/genetics may be a factor but I slightly doubt it because your neck also carries a lot of fat

If you have a 6 pack then you could just be bloated. Watch your caffeine intake, especially with pre. Monitor your sodium intake, you'd be shocked how much salt is in this shitty goyslop called food, and based on your muscle you probably are eating a lot of food meaning more salt. You def have hmtn potential but right now I'd set you at hltn. Keep up the good work though I've been working out for 3 years and I'm 18 rn and you look better than me

My weight is 73.1, and I’m 5,8 and around 16-19% apparently on a body scan someone said I gotta debloat which is a shout

You definitely need to lower your body fat asap, it’s hindering your looks potentially. Ideally it should be around 7-11%.
