I swim so im relatively learn, these photos are bloated, more concerned about nose imbalance as well as eyelids. Do you think going to the doctor for a deviated septumn would get this covered under insurance? And would it help? Not the best haircut atm but more concerned about the facial aesthetics, open to hardmaxxing. Skin is also relatively more clear than in the past few weeks.

All I see is a boy who's lost himself in the void. Just stare at yourself in the mirror and really think about your issues. Most of them, you will realize, are superficial.

The reality is most skeletal changes will be minimal since you're 17. You can fix your appearance by losing weight, hairstyle, and physical fitness. But if you think you can remold the shape of your mandible/maxilla I hate to be the bearer of bad news.

The most change you will find is your face may get wider/masculine, but I think that's about it. Forward growth after 16 is mostly cope imo without the use of orthodontic treatment.

Regarding your deviated septum, if it is absolutely necessary then do the surgery.
