Damn that profile picture really fits with the message. That movie is suifuel for porn addicts. You are in a bad situation. Reading a self help book will maybe make you feel better for a day or two but it wont really do anything. If you cant stop yourself on your own willpower then you cant stop. Thats all there is to it. I wish I could say there was a better way but there isnt. No point in lying or trying to sound nice. If you cant stop by yourself then you will never be able to stop no matter what tools you have. You could block every porn site on every browser but it still wouldnt work. You just have to be able to say “im not gonna cave in” and do something else.

In my experience, the only thing that can even come close to actually being able to stop your problem, is to have a job that requires long hours. I used to work 12 hours 5 days a week. I didnt watch any porn then. But I also didnt do anything because I had no time to do anything. But to be honest I was better off working 12 hours a day 5 days a week, with no time to do anything other than than wash my clothes and go to the grocery store once a week. Better than LDARing and watching porn like I do now because of the coronavirus shutdown.
