Hello I am 15 yrs old turning 16 in November so I have a late birthday; basically every guy in my grade height mogs me im 171 cm measured 4 days ago my dads height is 5’10 my moms height is 162 cm which is 5’3 I think. Is it over and what are some tips to maximize height growth. I also get less than 8 hour sleep every night
