You won't get any taller, sorry bro. Your growth plates are probably ossified right now. The only thing you can do is spine decompression exercises to maybe gain like 1/4 of an inch.

imma ask my dr to do a scan of hands and ankles to see if my growth plates have fused yet, hopefully not lmfao
