eating a healthier diet, when my diet was horrible had acne my mood was so bad confidence etc and it reflected in pictures taken of me.

Idk man try some softmaxxes, growing your hair out on the sides or just going for a longer style would help (prominent ears + longer hair is halo if you maintain it. That fuckass broccoli cut ain't it). Maybe try growing a beard when you can. You look skinny so probably don't have to leanmaxx, nor do you look bloated.

Sadly your base just isn't very appealing, you have decent density and aren't recessed but your features aren't great. Not much you can do about that. Not everyone can ascend to Chad or even HTN, some of us are stuck in 3-5/10 hell

I don't think his base is absolutely cooked, I've seen a lot worse especially on ethnic guys. But it's definitely not appealing nor do I think it can be made so. Best this guy can do is softmaxx and hope for the best, he might be able to blend in with 5/10 normies by growing his hair out etc.
