17m thinking to add test to hgh cycle

I am currently 17 (and 7 months) and was wondering if test would be the best option for me as of right now. My growth plates are slightly open, i am 5'11 and have EXTREMELY narrow clavicles and dont want test to ruin my chances of maximizing height and width. Should i continue my 4iu HGH for another 5 months (until I turn 18) and then take test or am i okay to take now. Or should i wait even longer? progress in gym has been very slow and need a shortcut lol
