Focus on punching and form
2m/2 sets of hooks(Hard to do uppercuts on a bag so just keeping these low and vertical to compensate)
2m/2 sets of overhands
2m/2 sets of jabs
2m/2 sets of straight rights
2 sets of heavy squats to failure daily.
Eating
Breakfast - Protein shake in the morning
(Almond milk + 40grams protein)
Lunch - usually cafeteria food
Lunch 2 - broccoli and beef
Dinner -broccoli and beef
Snack - fruits or nuts
Here's my current plan, I have everything but the IGF levels and cjc because I had it shipped to my friends house so I'll get it soon. What do yall think
BTW I'm 5"4.9 120pounds
