Is it worth to loose weight before surgery?
Does the face really change if u go down from 18% to 12-10%?

Are there any before/afters of peoples faces who lost like 6% of bf?

use google, the difference is day and night.

most people think their bodyfat is way lower than it really is.

youll realise yourself when youre lean.

veiny arms, striations, barely any fat.

absolutely lose weight first, thats the first looksmax bro.

I was wondering about this actually.
Below 12% is where bone structure becomes v visable, but it's probs dangerous to be that low before major surgery because of bloodloss + not being able to eat afterwards.
My plan involves leaning right down in the decision-making phase and building some fat stores before my surgery.

Yes, but not too much. Remember, you lose so much weight after surgery, due to limited feding (only soups, yogurt)!

Yeah i store fat mainly on abdomen region and i think in face tbh.

But not everbody with a low bf got a lean face right? Some people still look bloated. Eonder what causes this

its unlikely, most people who say they are low bf arent really low bf.

my close friend thought he had a babyface and was boneless, i looked at him and told him he was fat and needs to lose weight. hes like 13% now and his face has changed a lot.

dont worry about others, get lean yourself and see what happens. cos most people DO have cheekbones, i barely see legitimate boneless people

if haven't been/are 10% you cannot say you need surgeries. Unless bad nose or bad canthal tilt etc.

I am currently doing it. Going down to 10% will eat a bit more before surgery to gain like 1-3% of BF since I figure on my liquid only diet I will lose a lot of weight. I have 3kgs left to go then I am ready. I just figure that less fat in face = easier for him to operate on me and I would do anything for even a 0.0001% better operation.

There is a MAJOR difference between 20$ bodyfat and 12% try and lose fat and then see if you need bimax.
