Yeah, my midline is misaligned. Have braces right now as seen in photos which is correcting this but obviously just moving teeth to make midline centre not moving entire jaw or anyhting.

This could roughly be you after genio, and once your midline gets aligned your mouth area will look better i think. You'll still have asymmetry because of your jaw is narrower on 1 side but yeah.

Yeah, you can get ramus widening. Jaw implants would work even beter, but i don't like implants (but that's just my personal gist)
