do test like me 250mg test enanthate monday thursday that's the only way to get anything more in terms of bonemass but I doubt at our ages it's gonna do much but frame maxxing is much easier on test so i recommend

well I’ve been looking at some studies comparing age to bone mass, and we should still have a decent run at getting more
