18 most likely too late as most people growth plates have fused at that age and havent seen much proof of mk helping with height even in younger people. ofc you can still try as it has other benefits like sleep which may help with height. but its probably over.

Im 16 177cm open growth plates but havent grown in like half a year should I take mk677 for like 9 week cycle I want to reach 183 cm

Well mk677 is not very potent but it can increase hgh by liek 3-4 times. I guess taking hgh makes it more likely that you’ll grow but it doesn’t guarantee it.
