18 month transformation. From 270lb to 175lb. Looking to cut down to 170lb for a clean 100lb loss. 6’0.

Overall really happy with how I’ve progressed and I believe im pretty much softmaxxed although any advice with how I can improve further is appreciated

Maybe do something for your skin pigmentation like tazarotene, looking good tho :love:

I bought some tanning cream and sunscreen, hopefully a tan will help. My freckles go nutty in the summer lol

Mirin the transformation. You should max out yo eyebrows and dye them. You could also hop on minoxidil or if you’re not suffering from hair loss grow your hair out.

Were you an offensive lineman in football
I was really into powerlifting. My peak bench was 385. Imo not that impressive at 270lbs, but chasing higher PRs was a justification for overeating.

What’s your diet like?
 
Currently my diet consist of mostly fruit and meat. I do get a donut or cookie with my coffee every morning but thats it for my slop intake

When you got fat what did you eat
A fuck ton of rice and ground beef. Im talking like 2 cups of dry rice (however much that is cooked) and 1kg of ground beef in 1 meal. Also shit like ramen, nachos, etc. Pure slop.

Probably. Although I do think it contributed as it was my main meal I ate at the time. I still eat ground beef frequently, just the sheer amount that I would eat came out to like 2000 cals per portion

You transformed. I noticed people who used to be fat often have the best jaw structure if they eventually lose the fat. I was the same way. Was fat until a certain point then i cut weight. Other people i know have noticed the same dilemma among ex fat people. I think it has something to do with all the nutrients you eat (despite over eating) during puberty.

Highly possible. I was super fat and ate a ton, but all the food I ate during puberty was home cooked by my mom and she never made slop, ordered fast food or let us eat junk.

If you ate raw ground beef it would’ve turned out different
 
Try to look less autistic. Also definitely dye eyebrows and maybe hair

Mine was also often home cooked most of the time. I did eat some slop but also tons of home cooked. I guess it paid off in the end for us

Also noticed this too, Fat people end up having crazy bones meanwhile most skinny twigs are boneless and recessed.

Btw, dont worry about cutting too much. Youre already ripped by normal people standards. Dont make the mistake of getting too lean as a natty. You could stand to lose a bit more, but dont go for the single digit bodyfat meme. Just a bit more. Youre already lean enough as it is, but you asked how u could improve and that would improve you

Increases toxins

Cooked fat cells are 50x larger than raw fat cells
Does cell size correlate with weight gain/loss? I do agree on your point that cooking food will cause toxins and carcinogens but as far as I'm aware cooking food reduces nutrients thus reducing calories.
