Jumping/eye blinking/tensing up and violently flailing my arms around and I can’t control it at all of course, I’m actually taking medication for it because they used to cause me physical pain. But it’s still very visible of course, I have been trying to go up to a double dose so that strangers won’t ask what’s wrong with me or so that today doesn’t repeat but the side effects can be kind of nasty
