Maybe some people will disagree idk, but i would say side profile is decent 7-8 maxilla is heavy failo (imo your ramus doesnt really matter) front profile is kinda death bro just like i said earlier your eyes are a definite weak spot + your lips are too small. Try dying your eyebrows after 2 months of minoxidil

To be completely honest i dont know if eyebrowmaxxing is the way to go for you, this is maybe a dumb idea but i feel like you shouldnt draw anymore attention to your eyes by making it a completely diff colour. Maybe make them fuller and get latisse (eyelash serum). My opinion. (Dont tell the autists but life isnt all blackpill)

Volufiline is cope bro. Dont spend money on it. Minox on eyebrows is a good softmax for you lashes idk if castor oil works may be cope. Latisse is researched to work. If not available directly for you. Try searching for eye Lash serums without those shit ingredients if you search it up youll probably see which. Other than that idk man. Maybe if you dare model tape for your eyes but thats kinda iffy
