low/mid/high? tryna reach htn. Honestly have no idea what my bf% is but judged by my physique id guess 15% maybe 20 max? I’ll calculate it later forsure

bet what haircut would u recommend? Preferably somethin a bit longer since my forhead kinda big/wide, i try to cover it. And yes i be looking bloated asf haha, this is when i look less bloated than usual. i could try a full debloat tho and see whats up

Don't get a haircut though this one looks fine. Personally, I would even be sad to get rid of so much hair. You're strong mtn, but your maxilla looks rescessed. Would be better if you got denser eyebrows.

yea ive always preferred longer hair since my hair is so thick any medium length hair looks like a damn helmet. ive been looking into peptide serums for my eyebrows also, maybe minoxidil? happy to hear u think im strong mtn, i was rated high ltn-low mtn few months back ascension in progrss fr

I think a shorter mullet would suit you more, remember just a suggestion.

minoxidil works the best, thats all i know

Minoxidil is the only one that works.
Castoir oil and rosemary oil are good to hydrate and give nutrients to your eyebrows, in turn making them a little bit longer and thicker.
However Minoxidil is the only one that will give you more hair than you currently have. And you will actually notice the difference.

Not gonna lie looks like it only his lower maxilla that looks recessed. He could get BiMax maybe?
