These are intentionally broad boundaries to group people in, this is not a conventional method of rating. If you want to rate someone accurately, you would opt for a numeric option such as psl rating which is from 1-8 or for bell curve rating which is from 1-10 for instance. Regardless, assuming you want to opt for the low iq inferior method of rating which is word based, you still would not call a 'mid, mid tier normie' a 'mid, mid tier normie' as this is redundant, instead you would simply say mtn. What you did was the same as rating some 5.000000 when they are a 5 instead of just rating them a 5.
