I don't really have any looksmaxxing advice besides lower your bf. If you want rhino, the cheapest way to do it (in the US) is to hope that you have a deviated septum and go to an ENT to get a septoplasty claim. Look up your insurance guidelines to see what terms they fund septoplasty under, then fraud them to your ENT (it's usually epistaxis, sleep apnea, etc). This process takes a long time so get started asap. You're probably still covered by your parent's insurance which is good because state insurance will try to jew you. If you get it covered you can request that your surgeon do cosmetic rhinoplasty during the procedure, which will only be around 1-5k usually since the most expensive parts like the anesthesia were covered by the septoplasty funding.
