I look feminine and young as fuck for my age. What surgeries would benefit me? Like what would be the highest return in invest in my case? I was thinking of Otoplasty, and maybe buccal fat removal.

What surgeries would benefit me?
Looking good ! Young, yes, but not feminine.

Otoplasty seems a good idea.
Other than that, nothing is really needed.

Do you monitor your hairloss and take a treatment ? If not, this is what should get your attention right now. You are a Norwood 2, with temporal peaks and a hairline that don't look really strong, hinting at potential further recession.

Decent looking already. Don't know any other glaring falios that can be resolved with surgery. Hardmaxxing beyond otoplasty will be low ROI

You don’t think any other procedure would benefit me? I have a lot of face fat I feel like, I’m pretty lean and I’m not really bloated in this pic either.
I’m currently only on 2.5 oral min and topical min once daily, like a 50/50 oral/topical to prevent blood pressure related sides. Microneedling and ketokanazol shampoo also. I know I’m over 18 and can hop on fin but I’m worried about the side effects. And since I look young, what if I’m just a late bloomer annd still have some bone development left? and nuking my DHT would have a negative impact on my development? Although my dick and height have stalled, so it might not be anything to worry about?

Okay thanks, is my facial asymmetry a problem? If yes, is there anything I can do about that?

Grow you hair and take testosterone, honestly at 20 and 21 you are going to see major facial fat loss and it’s going to make you look more manly so in your cause I would just stay in softmaxxing area

Wouldn’t testosterone give me some problems? If were to hop on I’d have to start blocking my DHT, but what about the conversion of testosterone to estradiol?

True, have you had a full blood panel done? It’s entirely possible your symptoms are coming from something else like
High Sodium/Inflammation: Causes "puffiness" that hides a sharp jawline.
Body Fat Percentage: Even a 3–5% drop in body fat can radically change facial definition.
Postural Issues: "Forward head posture" (tech neck) creates the appearance of a weak chin or "soft" neck area.

No I haven’t had a full blood panel, only a panel to check for deficiencies.
I don’t eat ultra processed food and limit my sodium intake.
I feel like my body fat is fairly low, you can se the picture below.
I might have to look into my posture, so that could be something.
But, it’s one thing I can think of, that might be an issue. I’m currently on 2.5 mg oral minoxidil. Do you think this might be the cause for my lack of facial definition?
