19M 6 foot looking for any advice on my looks, and a rating. See below what hard maxes I am considering, feel free to give input and recommendations.

These are the hard maxes that I am currently considering :

Infra orbital implants - reduce sunken under eye, reduce blue/purple discolouring, and help lift lower eyelid

Supra orbital implant - help minimise UUE, give a more compact eye area, and potentially morph eyebrow shape

Upper eyelid fat grafts/filler - Remove UEE (this will be used instead of Supra implant, depending on future research and recommendations)

Penis decreasing surgery - ;)

Nah, my lips have always been like this, the only difference is that I had braces put on, and they have made them considerably narrower and pushed forward. Do you think UUE filler or fat grafts is still something I should consider ? And thanks for the reply, it means a lot x

Did braces without extractions make your lips narrower? Fuck thats suicidefuel, i wanted to get braces but not if they make your lips narrower...

I dont think there's anything wrong with your eyes, you could get a tiny amount of filler though

Your beard / stubble / whatever you got going on looks wispy as fuck and doesn't really suit you, i'd just shave it if i was you

I only have upper braces, I am planned to have them for 8 months, and they're there just to fix two teeth which are in cross bite. The braces themselves haven't moved any facial structure to cause my mouth becoming narrower, it's the fact that the actual metal parts attached to the teeth push my lips forward. My mouth should go back to normal after removal.

I feel my eyes get kind of droopy if I am either drunk or tired, which causes more UUE, and that's why I was considering it

I always feel like I look better without the facial hair, but my friends always tell me that I look better with it, so it's conflicting at the moment

Oh okay, thats good to hear.

Your UEE is not bad tbh. But filler is dissolvable so doesn't hurt getting to try to see if u like it

And I'm sorry but your friends are retarded when it comes to aesthetics then... I've yet to meet a girl who found wispy facial hair attractive. Your jaw doesn't need to be covered in those stragglers, it's one of your best features

I will take what you have said into account and trim the pubic hair on my face

Don't get filler because it always migrates (even if dissolved) and causes a bloated look. If you want to see how you look with different features, just pay someone to morph you. It is cheaper, better and much more practical.

Lateral supraorbital implants to make your eyebrows straighter and orbits more compact and would be a great looksmax for you. Infras look good in those pics but can't tell 100% without seeing side profile.

Keep in mind phone pictures in non neutral angles like you posted are subject to lens distortion and not 100% representative of how you really look like, specially in nose and lips, so can't comment do to that. I suggest you to pay a photographer to take an ID style picture (+ a side profile and a 3/4) of you with a good camera, those are the closest to how you look in real life and are not expensive to get.

Overall, you look very good already. Don't take this stuff too seriously, IMO the lateral supra implants would be a good addition. Best luck!
