Frame is brutal, strength is useless and only meant to attract other men lol, focus on looking better. Start cutting today, your hair looks fried (don't know how to fix but you can research). Coloring is that of a nerd; fix it. Shave all the hair on your chest and stomach, not old enough for it to look good yet just looks unhygienic.

Focus on your lats and shoulders to bring width back to upper reign instead of your hips and waist.
 
Shieet is my frame really that bad, ive already been focusing mostly on lats and shoulders and they grew pretty significantly from an awful starting point. Can i do anything with my lower region so i look less like a pear lol ?
 
how long have you been working out ? it looks like you started lifting this month and your frame is disgusting
