Just a collection of random photos from fairly recent, been hitting the gym and started taking rad 140. I don’t care what people think of me but any sort of tips would help a lot🫡.

Really just wanna work on my physique it’s been coming along well and I’ve gained 10 pounds in like 3 weeks, from certain angles I feel insecure tho.

I’ve actually never done any drugs besides weed when I was 15 lol, but that first pic is from April but I practically looked like that, I’ve had on and off gym training over the last few months and have cycled out and lost a lot of weight bc of depression and mental issues. I’ve been taking it seriously serious for about 2 months now and just hopped on rad

Maybe I just don’t want water retention I have been eating a lot more than I usually do as well. I’m not even tryna get jacked jacked just aesthetic bc I think my body type would look good with more muscle mass yk.

This is facts, people have no idea how much they can improve their physique by lifting properly and dieting. Too many guys do some push ups, go to the gym for 2 months half assed and then hop on roids.

Bruh I just wanted it as a booster and I’ve been very happy with how it’s going. I’m not gonna be some retard with them. Plus I’ve had many month stretches over the last year going to the gym making gains then losing them bc of mental illness🤷‍♂️

but I’ve been committed for 3 months now had some shitty stuff happen w my ex and yeah been going almost every day every week and the only thing I look forward to now is going to the gym

You should train for atleast 1 year or 2 natty. So you atleast learn how to diet and train vs just drugmaxxing too much

I’ve done a fuck load of research over the last year and know my stuff for the most part, my mental was what’s been blocking me but I’ve gone every day for 3 months and started rad 2 weeks ago.

Gym is good, keep at it. Google renaissance periodisation and read as many free guides as you can. Obviously you don’t want to look like a bodybuilder but you should want to be as efficient as possible with gym, so you can leanmax with more muscle. And think about weening off roids through trt & pct methods for health. A lot of gear users get water retention and skin issues which aren’t attractive, even if you don’t care about health etc.

Yeah I’ll for sure be done with rad after this cycle and continue going for as long as possible, but my body has responded nicely, zero side effects at all. From what I can tell I think my body has a nice shape for muscle and I’m at 5-7% bf bc of my skinny ass genetics lol.

I agree probably ~8% which is a great base. You can gain to 10-12% and still not hurt facial aesthetics much. I would try gain 20-30lbs over a long period of time and then leanmax again.

Yeah I’ve gained about 10-12 in 3 months. And haven’t noticed any facial bloating or anything which has been a relief that’s the biggest thing I care about is my face lol.
