No, not over. You need to dye your eyebrows and get rid of acne scars on temple and you're good.

Try both and see which is better.

Looks fine with your hair covering your eyes.

Any NCT fix would ascend you hard but I'm not knowledgeable on eye surgeries so I wouldnt know how to weigh risk/benefit factor. Being more tanned is always good if pale.

And would you recommend me to wear color contact lenses with black limbal ring? I have blue eyes but they are quite boring maybe too dark shade idk

Too much effort for not much of a boost, probably going the opposite way and having a bit darker dyed hair for contrast would be better.

No surgery, maybe only for the hairline if its giga high or you can fraud it. You look good.

Cuz my cousin is polish and he looks similar to you in eye area. i just wanted to make sure of something, polish people have kinda identical sort of eye area.

Eyeslash max,, MAKE YOU eyebrow darker.. Maybe your eyes looks better live.. Its actually hard to judge based on that image.
