i'm already thinking about hair transplant and rhino which are pretty straightforward surgeries, i'm not sure about getting jaw surgery/implants though i need more information on that

I meant jaw surgery btw my bad, smth like bimax or some shit first to have jaws in normal position aesthetically (+functional issue if you have one might make it cheaper). But ye fat loss first for sure, then look into that.
