Its cuz hes got pray eyes from lower lid laxity, with a crying like expression going on. Just fixing the lower lids ascends his look. Its also one of the cheaper things in PS you can do, with being one of the lowest risks.

Just look at your lower eyes vs the photo i posted thats laxity.

Cantopexy is cheaper and safer then like 95% of stuff in plastic surgery. It might be 3-5k to get done, its not even really surgery since they dont cut anything. You can see it in other people too.

For your jaw it depends on whats causing it. You should find a oral maxi surgeron, have them do a CT, then do a consult explaining the cause. If its just positioning which i doubt in your case since its so dramatic then you fix it with head gear.

If its uneven bone growth you cut it, remove, adjust.

In the case of uneven bones, flying to south korea and having it done is a solid option. Its safe, and they do tons of jaw work there, the west tends to do it a lot less. They can do the catopexy at the same time. It'll be like 1/3rd the cost of doing it in the US.

Probably, if you go to south korea have them toss in a lip lift too. Your philtrum is excessively long and its a huge indicator of aging.

In south korea everything would probably run 10-20k. In America its gonna be 40-60k+ most of the cost is in fixing the jaw asymmetry. Liplift or canthopexy is like 3-5k each.

Or actually you might be able to fix it with a custom jaw implant. That would cut the cost down by 10-20k in America, and it be safer/easier recovery. Jaw surgery is kinda brutal.
