24 hrs done. Going for 3 days, possibly extend to 4 or 5 depending on how I am feeling.
Feeling good right now. No hunger. Mentally very good. Not tired. Been drinking electrolyte water all day (water with potassium chloride and salt only)
Gym session today was good most lifts progressed.
Did 20 minutes of stair master afterwards also level 6, little to no fatigue on that.
12k steps also completed.
Doing this makes you realise how much people (myself included) eat out of boredom, not because they are hungry, even if it’s nutritious food, still ate out of boredom. My hunger should be well regulated now after doing this.
Will do a small refeed after 3-5 days and repeat.
