just dropped it onto my tounge 0.5 ml/12.5mg and it tasted like shit and hand sanitizer. Ask me about it if you want. I'll be documenting my entire experience of it on here. No bias or sponsor and I'm doing it to hopefully gain a few inches in height.

Don't take Berberine its an AR degrader and reduces igf-1 production a lot, pico / ala are superior in every way. Are you macrodosing melatonin / other sleep supplememnts to fully get everything out of mks sleep gh secretion? What are u doing for bloating?

nothing except for ramping up to 25mg for the end or the week.

I took it for 8 months definitely just gets you hungrier, and changes your frame if you go to the gym. I would say in my case it helped me a lot cause I wouldn’t eat and I had a bitch build. It also will help you grow taller if your below 18 but there’s better growth hormones out there tbh.
