2.5mg Oral minoxidil long term

Anyone here who has been using oral minox long term?

Is the common consensus here in this forum that oral minox is better than topical?

I use topical minox with retinoic acid otherwise known as tretinoin, and it works great but it burns my scalp alot. (I need tret/retinoic acid) cause I lack the enzyme needed for topical minoxidil to be effective. Plain old minoxidil doesn't do nothing for me at all.

Hopefully Oral minox will work for me any rebuttals or words of advice are appreciated.

Oral minox works but it takes a long time
Ideally you dose 2 times a day because bloat (1.25mg 2x) and take it with animal fat to digest it easier and prevent bloat as much as possible

the only thing I have seen is that my hair is a little thicker and lashes eyebrow growth I have also got hair between my eyebrows and forehead but the temples are still pretty much the same I have heard it takes up to 12-18 months (I started in january)

no nothing because I don't lose hair anymore I think because of malnutrition I lost my hair

yes but not on my temples I heard It rapes your collagen so I stopped topical immediately

I bet that topical min doesn't work for so many people because they aren't even applying it right. If your hair is on the longer side, it can just get stuck in your hair and not soak into the scalp. You don't have to worry about that with oral min.

Crazy thing is that oral min is cheaper than rogaine where I'm from. It's simply the better option.

I used to use it. I used it for 2 years straight.

It’s a brutal looksmin. It’s a guarantee that you will bloat up like a balloon and make your skin look like shit.

For what reason do you want to use oral minox? There is always a better alternative to using that crap.

i mean i havent noticed too much on the skin part, i take 30mg accutane ED and low dose mk677. so my skin is fine.

bloating part is real but thats from mk677.

I need to use it bro, I cant use Topical minoxidil due to me not having the enzyme to actually make it effective. For topical minox to work I need to use retinoic acid which burns my scalp, like legit red burns.

It’s called Dutasteride and RU. You don’t need the Minox.

I tried dut and lost hair like a mf, it was prob a shed but idc. Finasteride oral i never shed. So im sticking it out for now. 2.5 oral minox isnt causing bloating for me rn.

I dropped the 3mg of mk677 i was taking, that shit was making me bloat like a mf. like baddddd even at microdose.

i have some Ru powder but havent made some yet, if i notice more thinning ill use RU.

What was your diet like?
If Im low sugar (maybe keto) and zero salt then it bloats me only a little am currently 13% bodyfat I don't think it’s that bad

Also how does it fuck up your skin? Topical minox does fuck your collagen not oral minox.

i have perfect skin, ive been on accutane almost everyday for nearly 2 years.

I eat mcdonalds everyday cause its cheap. sure it bloats but its not like im showing out everyday. If i have an event im going to i wont eat for the day so im debloated.
