1) Does drinking tea 3 hours before bedtime affects your sleep negatively ?
Because i have been drinking it for last 2 years. From 2022. useally i sleep becuz of tiredness but when I am not tierd it take 1.5 hour to 2 hours to sleep. For now, I gonna use it as a tool for grademaxing becuz of exams. But after that what should do give me your opinion.

2) does sleeping in afternoon or taking 1 hour nap affects your sleep negatively ?
Cause sometimes i get tierd and sleep in afternoon. So what should i do ?
