It seems like the first guy has nice cheek hollowing. I'm wondering how many months this foto was taken after the surgery. Because usually bloating is quite bad for almost a full year.

Recovery is quite quick with Alfaro AFAIK, he could probably look like that as little as a month after surgery

there is a user on this forum that documented his surgery with alfaro and he still got swelling like half a year after
