Keep in mind. I’m a beginner and my goal is aesthetics.

The 4 most aesthetic muscle groups are:

Shoulders, back, abs and legs.

Workout Plan 1: Regular PPL

Workout Plan 2: Shoulders/back day 1, Legs/Triceps day 2. Repeat for like 4 days maybe. Abs get targeted when you train standing up, ab circuits are useless.

Workout plan 3: (2-3 days full body)
