2 hours of sleep is infinitely better then zero

Can't believe i was cucking myself with all nighters thinking with the sunk cost fallacy mindset, "its just 2 hours, might as well not sleep at sll", yet i decided to take a deep seep for slightly over 2 hours today between 8am and 10:20am after having not slept the night, and currently at 05:00pm i legit feel like I've slept 8 full hours. Jfl not sure if my copius amounts of all nighters have changed my brain to cope with severe lack of sleeo to the level where 2-3 hours are now like 8 for normies :feelshaha:

Usually it just makes it worse for me

Sometimes I’m not even that tired then I sleep 2 hours and wake up exsauhsted

Lol im not tired either, thats why i used to do it, first few hours i feel better but noon i start crashing hard af, meanwhile i forgot i slept just 2:30 hours now. Your brain fully recovers from just 4 hours of sleep, so you are 50% better of then not sleeping at all, its your body that need 8-10 hours. But on a side note, i was also outside on the bright sun for 3 hours and that helped immensely in waking me up
