First, buy a stepper: Its a little device you can put under your desk while studding/working. While it wont to much on its own, its still burns some calories if you do for 4-6 hours. Like 100-150 per hour so go figure:
Next: This is good advice for all Unimaxers and schoolcels. Buy a treadmill:
Then just study on it while walking. If you do correctly you study your 2-3 hours while walking your 10k steps.
Then after you did your daily work/school shit you can then go running/working out to maximise leanmaxxing. I myself like to run for 12-15km
