First, buy a stepper: Its a little device you can put under your desk while studding/working. While it wont to much on its own, its still burns some calories if you do for 4-6 hours. Like 100-150 per hour so go figure:

Next: This is good advice for all Unimaxers and schoolcels. Buy a treadmill:

Then just study on it while walking. If you do correctly you study your 2-3 hours while walking your 10k steps.


Then after you did your daily work/school shit you can then go running/working out to maximise leanmaxxing. I myself like to run for 12-15km

I did this while studying for uni and got a 90% on all my exams

Why not just gym and do cardio after workout
 
This would help with leanmaxxing, but it seems unnecessary for just that purpose. Really, just have your diet and calories in check. Some exercise helps as well but it's always supplementary. It's very good for healthmaxxing though.

Working out for short bouts every few days doesn't make up for a sedentary lifestyle (e.g. being inactive most of the day), which is why an active lifestyle, where you do move lots throughout your day is better.

Yes so this provides an active lifestyle for guys who arent rich/neets

also this is usefull if you fucked up and ate some shit but still want to be in calory deficit.

I want to get a standing desk and a small treadmill I can put under it, tbh. Humans were never really supposed to be sedentary as much as we are, we even think better when moving.

Calories are units of heat energy. You can’t not check them in a open thermodynamic system such as the human body.
