Yeah as long as you don't use MK every day and you do rad overy other day or every 2 days also PCT and get some simple cycle support like pregnenolone you should be fine, also TUDCA wouldn't be a bad idea

Same with mk 677, barely moves igf1 levels, but risks diabetes and bloat
