2 questions about procedures, should I pipe down my expectations?

First, I did this morph to see how I would hypothetically look like if I got cheekbone and jaw implants+ bimax (advancement and CCW rotation) and a genio, is it possible with that? If not why

And second, when I put my finger under my eye and let it rest it looks a lot better, I've seen fat grafts and infraorbital implants do this but I've heard about surgeons refusing to do fat grafts if you are too young and implants looking uncanny, what should I do about it?
