Should i keep growing my hair out and get a very loose wavy perm or get a shorter cut? I am like 17 percent bf right now so that doesnt help.

Also is my horrendous downward grown mandible fixable with surgery?

yeah im already confirmed surgery through insurance, wont be as good as a surgery if i paid for it but its something. Plus they are focusing on widening and bringing the maxilla forward

u should keep your length on the top and sides but maybe let the back grow out for another like 3 months

Grow ur hair out yes, and its not the mandible that is the problem but the maxilla u need a Le Fort

oh alright, yeah i know my maxilla is flat im getting that sorted through surgery with the nhs, but i still think my mandible is pretty downgrown no?

Yes it is but a Le Fort will lift up the whole face you might need something for mandible too, get it checked up with the surgeon they will know better

Yeah, the surgeon might not consider moving the mandible at all because its mostly a functional surgery, but i can always ask for aesthetic reasons and larp abt sum insecurities.
